We provide bespoke road safety engineering consultancy services to private and public sector clients, and are based in Farnham, Surrey.
Challenges
Our previous website had been adapted through two company mergers and its content was outdated. Furthermore, some of the functionality was compromised and the site was no longer fit for purpose. We wanted a comprehensive overhaul, including a fresh new look and new content.
Solutions
The key to a successful outcome was communication and collaboration. It was very much a two-way process; we supplied most of the new content, whilst HDS provided web design creativity and technical knowledge. We met multiple times, both virtually and in person, fostering a clear understanding of our requirements and combining them with innovative ideas from HDS.
HDS hosts and manages our new website, and we are in the process of migrating the legacy site to HDS, to capture any stray searches.
Results
We are delighted with the new website, which looks fresh and offers our visitors a legible structure for our visitors to navigate effortlessly. We have traditionally relied predominantly on word-of-mouth referrals but are beginning to receive an increased number of enquiries through or website contact form.
